Karin Heuchert joined ISPA consult GmbH as a working student in 2017 and was so convinced that she stayed with us straight after successfully completing her Master's degree.

Today, as a consultant, she manages projects in the field of "employee surveys" and advises our clients from the preparation of offers to project conception, implementation and results analysis.
It is particularly important to Ms Heuchert to accompany each client through the individual steps of an employee survey in order to design and implement customised and targeted solution concepts together with the client.
In addition to the holistic support of our clients, Ms Heuchert particularly appreciates the possibility of conceptual work for the continuous development of our consultancy portfolio.
In her free time, Ms Heuchert likes to explore the Stuttgart area on her scooter or switch off by doing handicrafts. Here, too, she is thrilled to have created a great end result from individual partial steps.
