360°-Feedback Reporting

The service components in the reporting phase of 360° Feedback include data preparation and evaluation by reporting the results.

More about this:

ISPA consult GmbH prepares the data through intensive data analysis and data validation. The data is checked - before the web application is released - by means of plausibility checks.

During the evaluation, ISPA consult GmbH focuses on a precise, methodically sound, efficient and target group-specific data analysis. The reports reveal strengths and weaknesses as well as opportunities and risks by means of an external image / self-image comparison. The report templates are created individually according to the client's wishes. The basis for this is a graph library from which clients can compile their individual report requests.

Report contents:

  • Comparison of external image - self-image, benchmarks, open answers
  • Individual feedback reports for the feedback recipients and/or reports to the HR department etc. (according to agreement)
  • Workbook for structured processing of the results with reading and interpretation aids, guiding questions for identifying the most important strengths and areas of potential, tips for dealing with critical results, etc.
  • Overview of the entire results of the feedback process -> aggregated results
  • Action-relevance analysis: impact analysis at the level of the company or groups of managers
  • Recommendations for action for human resource development

The result reports are available online to the feedback recipients directly after the data validation. Upon request, supervisors and/or HR, etc. can receive additional access. We are also happy to create additional target group reports. These include, for example, summarised results with benchmark values for the management or HR managers.
