These have already proven themselves in numerous projects. Faster reporting and professional measure controlling are possible with these tools.

The Interactive Report Program is a powerful, web-based software for creating meaningful reports and analysis reports, especially of employee surveys.

The IRP tool is provided by ISPA consult GmbH and is filled and hosted with the raw data of the current and last employee survey. The employee survey data is prepared and made available to the authorised persons in charge.

Through this web-based solution, the authorised users (mostly managers) have the possibility to retrieve their reports of the current survey worldwide. The user's access is exclusively via a password-protected input mask. The assignment of rights is adapted to the organisational structure in advance.

It therefore offers you the perfect framework for the targeted implementation of derived measures. The collected information from all locations and areas gives the project management the possibility to get an overview of the current status of the measures and to track their implementation. The bundled information can then be used, if necessary, for a more efficient project organisation or for an adjustment of the company's framework conditions.
