  • The reports reveal strengths and weaknesses as well as opportunities and risks of the leadership situation through a perception of others / self-image.     

  • Setting screws are identified and serve as the basis for the formulation of recommended actions.

We are also happy to prepare target group reports for you. These include summarized results with benchmarking for senior management or human resources managers.

  • You will receive a comparison of the feedback results as self- and external image comparison, as well as the deviation from the requirement profile for feedback recipients or supervisors.
