Mr Sebastian Pawlok joined the ISPA team as a Junior Consultant in May 2024.
While studying sociology and law, Mr Pawlok actively supported us as a working student and recognised the particular value of employee surveys.
In order to remain flexible and be able to react to new developments in good time, it is important to listen to your own employees. Their diverse feedback can be used to optimise internal processes, exploit hidden innovation potential and increase employer attractiveness for existing and new employees.
From Mr Pawlok's point of view, employees form the backbone of any organisation and only those who listen to them can take advantage of favourable winds.
That is why one of his goals is to continuously develop new, attractive and customised employee survey solutions for our customers. Mr Pawlok is always at our customers' side and supports them in achieving their goals.
In his free time, Mr Pawlok enjoys sports, hiking and attending film festivals.
