Interim management
What is interim management?
We understand interim management as a takeover of management tasks by external specialists over a previously fixed period. The execution of a project (e.g. reorganisation), the bridging of a vacancy or the necessary support during a change process can be reasons for such a takeover.
In addition to our consulting function, ISPA consult occasionally offers the temporary takeover of executive functions.
