The personnel cycle as base model

The PARD (perform, assess, remunerate, develop) area of consulting refers to the core area of personnel management, which is characterised by the so-called "personnel cycle". (see figure)

The center of this model is the assessment of individual or group performances, which provides the basis for performance-linked remuneration and need-based development according to a corresponding training needs analysis. Remuneration and development have a positive influence on the performance, if, and to the extent to which, the motivation to perform is increased and the ability to perform is improved.

The above-mentioned aspects are significant approaches to HR consulting.
