HR strategy development

An efficient project organisation is the basis for the HR strategy development, which envisions a close and interactive ISPA-client relation throughout the project's entire term.

ISPA consult recommends the procedure of a SWOT analysis (S = strengths, W = weaknesses, O = opportunities, T = threats) for the personnel department previously to the strategy development.

The necessary information are surveyed by

  • document analyses,
  • interviews with the executives,
  • surveys based on questionnaires together with comparing self-perception and interpersonal perception of the personnel department ("internal customer surveys"),
  • behavioural monitoring and
  • comparisons to "Best Practice" examples as benchmarks (if possible and expedient).
The results of this auditing in terms of a SWOT analysis provide the basis for brainstorming workshops with the in-house team of experts. ISPA consult offers presenter support (process consulting) and/or, if requested, acts as content provider (content consulting).

Creating the final report and presenting the results of the strategy development and the company's development boards can be carried out with or without the assistance of ISPA consult.
