Innovations in the field of employee surveys

Compared to earlier employee surveys, ISPA consult's current employee surveys are characterised by a number of important innovations:
- new contents (additional questions regarding traditional and new subject areas)
- modified and/or new operating figures
- integration in more comprehensive management systems (e.g. BSC, EFQM)
- online survey as an alternative to traditional print surveys
- one or several open questions added to closed questions (with given response options), data input and evaluation with special IT support
- expansion of the support in all phases of the employee survey, e.g. by using video conferences
- advanced reporting systems for internal and external reports
- implementation support and control through special FAP software (= Follow-up-Activity Planner) provided by ISPA consult
- improved technical support for the communication among moderated task groups
