Innovations in the field of employee surveys

Compared to earlier employee surveys, ISPA consult's current employee surveys are characterised by a number of important innovations:
  • new contents (additional questions regarding traditional and new subject areas)
  • modified and/or new operating figures
  • integration in more comprehensive management systems (e.g. BSC, EFQM)
  • online survey as an alternative to traditional print surveys
  • one or several open questions added to closed questions (with given response options), data input and evaluation with special IT support
  • expansion of the support in all phases of the employee survey, e.g. by using video conferences
  • advanced reporting systems for internal and external reports
  • implementation support and control through special FAP software (= Follow-up-Activity Planner) provided by ISPA consult
  • improved technical support for the communication among moderated task groups
