Research group personnel management

Since spring 2006, ISPA consult is entrusted with the management and the support of the research group personnel management (RG Personnel) by the University of Stuttgart (society for the promotion of Business Administration).

Meetings of the "RG Personnel"
(Twice a year at the invitation of member companies with changing personnel-related topics.) Overview of the last four RG meetings:

Standard procedure for half-day RG meetings

• topic-centered lectures by personnel experts of the hosting company
• topic-centered overview lecture by Prof. Dr. Ackermann dealing with the current state of academic research
• as the case may be, company tour
• discussion of freely selected topics
